About Seguin, TX - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Seguin is a small suburban Texas town not far from San Antonio. It is the perfect place for commuters who wish to work in the bigger city while enjoying a slower pace of life at home.  The town is known for its intermingling of progressive mindsets and a traditional point of views. The local college students in San Marcos bring “new blood” to the area while a wide array of historical sites remind the people of the area where they came from.  Seguin is home to exceptional parks and beautiful historic areas and there is no shortage of fun to be had in every season. But, luckily, the weather is almost always temperate.

Seguin hosts many events and festivals in all seasons, including:

  • The Biggest Small-town 4th of July Parade in Texas
  • the Guadalupe County Fair Parade
  • Holiday Stroll Parade
  • The Mid-Texas Symphony concerts

The “MTS” is the only trained orchestra in the region and performances occur in venues in both Comal and Guadalupe counties. The musicians produce four free children's concerts for 4th and 5th graders, each year.

Sebastopol House Historic Site is an antebellum Greek Revival residence constructed of concrete, built by Joshua W. Young built between 1854 and 1856. It is a perfect illustration of the traditional “limecrete” structures that are unique to this town. The house is constructed exclusively of unreinforced cast-in-place concrete. The structure is one of the oldest and biggest structures in Texas using this building technique. It was built for his sister, Catherine LeGette and it is one of some 20 surviving historical buildings and edifices. This gives the town of Seguin the largest concentration of early 19th century structures in America. If you love history, architecture, or both then you won’t want to miss what this town has to offer.
